Box beams

Timber box beams are a versatile and lightweight alternative to steel. They are constructed using a series of internal timber stiffeners, a high strength LVL top and bottom chord and clad with CNC precision cut plywood. They can be manufactured in a variety of shapes including curved or tapered, and be easily perforated to allow for any services. These beams are ideally suited for long spans of up to 30m seen in some sports stadiums and commercial buildings.
